Cage & Structure Typing
Classify 5¹², 5¹²6², and 5¹²6⁴ cages while mapping local hydrate motifs into sI, sII, sH, mixed, or amorphous regions.
Render Resource Figures
Choose the Render Resource, use the runtime-supported CPU still-image fallback for still PNGs, and draw Drag Frame output frame crops whose output dimensions follow the crop aspect.
Format & Layer Workflow
Load GRO, PDB, CIF/mmCIF, and paired GROMACS binary trajectory sessions, including GRO-paired XTC/TRR playback with residue-preserving layers.
Guest Occupancy Filters
